Gerard Kelly has worked in education journalism for most of his career, latterly as editor of Times Higher Education and the Times Educational Supplement. He now runs a communications consultancy specialising in education.

And as someone who has been involved with the education sector for decades, I’m furious at the corrosive effect gender ideology is having on young people’s health, intellectual curiosity and wellbeing.
