Schools guidance
Our schools guidance was written in association with Transgender Trend and draws on the interim report of the Cass Review, recent legal cases on freedom of belief, the EHRC’s new guidance on single-sex services and a YouGov survey of teachers, as well as relevant government guidance and legislation.
We have published guidance for schools in England and for schools in Wales, in English; we are preparing guidance for schools in Wales in Welsh, and guidance for schools in Scotland.
