Leave us a donation in your will
By remembering us in your will, you’re helping ensure that sex is re-established in rules, laws, policies, language and culture.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on donations to keep going. We use those donations to conduct research, surveys and analysis, to create frameworks and guidance, to write policy recommendations, and to run campaigns that invoke change.
We work tirelessly to make a positive difference.
Your gift can be as small or as large as you like. Every gift will be gratefully received and will be used in pursuit of our mission. Read more about our mission, vision and goals.
How to leave us a gift in your will
Step 1: Decide what type of gift you would like to leave us.
There are three types:
- pecuniary gifts – a set amount of money
- residuary gifts – a percentage, or the whole, of your estate (what’s left after other specified gifts, costs and tax)
- specific gifts – a specific object, asset or property.
Step 2: There are various ways in which a will can be created, so it’s important to understand the steps to take. For advice on what you need to consider, see Remember a Charity’s guide to making a will.
Step 3: Contact your solicitor or will-writer
Give them our details:
- name: Sex Matters
- address: 63/66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor Suite 23, London, EC1N 8LE
- charity number: 1207701
Step 4: Let us know!
We would like to be able to thank you.
In the meantime, can we keep you updated on how your support is making change happen?
You may already receive our emails, but if not sign up and we’ll send you information about our work, campaigns and opportunities to take action.
You may also already be a monthly donor – if you are, thank you! – but if not would you consider becoming a regular supporter now, to help us make a positive difference? We are based on a human-rights framework. We know the law. We are for women and men. We are effective.
