This September 2023 update replaced the June 2023 version, with updates to ‘What the law says’, ‘Inclusive facilities’, ‘Balancing views’, ‘Adapting the electronic staff record’, ‘Policies for staff inclusion’ and ‘Terminology’.

Removed from the NHS Confederation website on 16th May 2025, with an update explaining that this was because of the Supreme Court judgment of 16th April 2025.
