A representative of the Scottish Government has said that no policy changes will be made in response to the Supreme Court’s judgment in For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers until the Equality and Human Rights Commission has issued its revised code of practice for service providers. We have therefore written to the Scottish Government to say that we will take legal action against it unless it follows the law without delay.
